Rice Louis is a Firearm Instructor, Self-Defense Advocate, and Speaker dedicated to helping women, men, and families gain the confidence and skills to protect themselves. As a concealed carry instructor in Florida and a homeschooling mother of five, she understands the importance of balancing faith, family, and personal safety.
As an NRA and USCCA Certified Firearm Instructor and Certified Range Safety Officer, Rice provides firearms training for women, men, and families. Too often, mothers focus on protecting their children but neglect their own safety—it’s time to change that. Through situational awareness, firearms training, and hands-on self-defense education, she helps people become legally armed, confident, and prepared.
Beyond teaching in the field, Rice is a dynamic speaker, passionate about educating and encouraging others to take self-defense seriously. Her speaking engagements provide a safe and empowering space to discuss firearms safety, concealed carry training, and biblical principles of self-defense. Whether you’re looking to book a self-defense speaker, obtain your Florida concealed carry permit, or enroll in a firearms course, Rice is committed to equipping individuals with the knowledge and tools to stay protected.
