Couples who are looking for something a little more unique, a lot more interactive, and a whole bunch more fun should head to the range for date night with a kick! Time on the range followed by dinner at a nearby restaurant. Total range cost about $50/couple if you do not have your own firearm and ammo.
Don't be late! We meet at 5:30 pm because the range closes at 6:30 pm SHARP!
Whether you’re a long-time gun user or you’re looking to try shooting for the first time, we’re aiming to create a safe and positive experience for you and your date. Here are a few things our couples can expect:
Participate in a safety briefing.
Fill out a waiver and membership ( +$10 if not already a member). Shooting is an incredibly enjoyable activity, and it should also be an incredibly safe activity. Always follow the safety rules and be mindful of your surroundings at all times. If you’re following the correct protocols, there’s no reason why you won’t have an exciting, enjoyable, and overall safe experience.
Make sure all firearms (if you bring your own) are cased, unloaded, and inspected by a staff member.
Get safety gear (eye and ear protection) and lane assignment. Start shooting.
WHAT TO BRING
As with any date night, you don’t want to need something only to realize you don’t have it. That's a major potential for your plans to misfire. So here are some things to remember when you’re heading to the shooting range:
Proper attire (The dress code for shooting is “casual.” Don’t shoot in something that could get ruined or that could put someone in danger. So leave the stilettos and the low-cut top for another night!)
Valid ID (You’ll need photo identification to be able to participate in gun-range activities.) Approved firearms and ammunition (Or, if available, you can rent firearms from the range and purchase ammo there!) Eye and ear protection, if you have your own
